The Adaptive Reasoning Test (ART) is a timed, completely non-verbal online psychometric assessment used by employers to measure candidate's skills in the following skill sets:
- Abstract
- Logical
- Cognitive reasoning
It is language-agnostic and thus fair across different cultural or linguistic backgrounds. It is adaptive in nature, meaning, the difficulty of each question changes based on your previous answer.
Leadership Assessment Test:
This is part of the hiring process for various management positions, such as Directors, Executives, and CEOs. This test evaluates various aspects of managerial skills and assesses suitability for the potential role.
